DeskDays collects zero data about you.
No analytics. No tracking. No servers. No network calls. No third-party SDKs. Everything stays on your device.
What stays on your device
The only data DeskDays stores is what you explicitly enter:
- Attendance entries (dates and Office/Remote/Sick/Vacation/Holiday status)
- Your RTO target percentage, reporting period, and workday settings
This data lives in SwiftData on your device. It is never transmitted anywhere.
Pro features that access sensors
These features are opt-in and use sensor data only in the moment:
- Location check-in: Accesses your location once to see if you are within your office radius. The location is not stored or transmitted.
- WiFi check-in: Reads your current WiFi network name to match against your office SSID. Not stored beyond your settings.
- NFC / QR check-in: Scan data triggers a local check-in only. Nothing is stored or transmitted.
No third parties
DeskDays has no analytics SDKs, no advertising frameworks, no server-side components, and makes no network calls of any kind. Zero data is shared with third parties because zero data leaves your device.
iCloud backups
Your DeskDays data may be included in standard iCloud device backups if you have enabled them through iOS Settings. This is managed entirely by Apple, not by DeskDays.
Data deletion
Deleting the app removes all stored data from your device.
