Adrien Lipari
Software Engineer · iOS & AI Tooling · Boulder, Colorado
I build Apple-platform apps and the AI tooling that supports them. I run Synodic Studio as a one-person operation from Boulder, and have shipped iOS apps, Metal-powered macOS exhibits, and a stack of open-source Claude Code tooling. Currently open to remote or Boulder-area IC roles in AI-native product, devtools, applied AI, and product-engineer-shaped work.
Also available: CV by theme — same work, grouped by skill area (Apple platforms, AI tooling, scientific computing, education, regulated-industry) instead of timeline.
Selected proof
- AI Tooling — Claude Code plugins, MCP servers, agent workflows, and the headless studio stack.
- DeskDays case study — iOS/watchOS product architecture, local-only privacy, SwiftData migration, StoreKit 2.
- GravityWell case study — realtime Metal image-processing exhibit software installed on five science museum floors.

Open-source AI tooling: synodic-kit, inline-relay, macro-kiwi, Patchbay Relay, swift-quality-tools, Alloy. System architecture writeup at /headless-studio/.
Workday
Sr Associate iOS Engineer · Nov 2024 – present · Boulder, CO (hybrid) Associate iOS Engineer · May 2023 – Oct 2024 · Denver Metro (hybrid)
iOS engineering on Workday’s enterprise mobile apps. Swift, SwiftUI, and shared module work on a large multi-team codebase. Built the internal case for Claude Code adoption on the iOS team: demos, tooling proposals, direct advocacy to engineering leadership. Made headway at the team level; org-wide rollout stalled against enterprise procurement friction and institutional risk-aversion.
